Usage and Consistency
Official Perma Blend instructions:
IMPORTANT: do not dilute with water or other agents. For consistency, use only Perma Blend Thinning / Shading Solutions. Shake bottle for at least 1 minute before pouring. Manufacturer's note: shades from the Carla Ricciardone Enhance set are designed for the Sculpted Color Theory mixing system (based on melanin production) and are primarily recommended as part of the set / as modifiers, not as standalone. Ideal for artists working with advanced color theory.
