For information about delivery, returns or order status, please include in the message:

- full name
- delivery method

If you wish to make a return, please use the dedicated function in your customer account .
Log in to the site, access the "My Orders" section, select the desired order and click "Request a return" .
The system will automatically generate your request, and we will process it as soon as possible.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and sealed, according to our return policy.
